Improve customer service and client relations with targeted education programs based on areas of need assessment requiring adjustment and extensive knowledge of proven strategies.Key Achievements include: Vamped up revenue from $6M to $11.6M in just 7 months; established PMHC as the largest wrap-around mental health provider in the city of Philadelphia. Co-wrote proposals and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to earn bids for 3 School Therapeutic Services (STS) programs. Key Achievement includes: Facilitated success for new start-up company that has grown to be recognized as the largest and best-run behavioral health management care organization, which launched in February 1997. Reduced company costs by $5M by shrinking amount of inappropriate request of service (denial) letters; chaired committees such as Quality of Work Life and CARE RFP to initiate and manage the only school-based service program in Pennsylvania.
