As a Scientist-Head-Microbiology at KET's Scientific Research Centre (SRC), I lead the clinical trials for home and personal care products for antibacterial claims. With over 15 years of experience in research and development, I have gained expertise in microbiology, phytochemistry, downstream processing, plant tissue culture, and cosmetic testing, following the ASTM and BIS guidelines and the ICH GCP standards.I am an FDA approved microbiologist by the Govt of Maharashtra, and I have successfully conducted and managed multiple clinical trials for various products, ensuring their safety, efficacy, and quality. I am also well versed with working in ISO and NABL accredited microbiology testing laboratories, and I have contributed to several publications and patents in my field. My mission is to apply my scientific knowledge and skills to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for the health and hygiene of the society.
