When I practiced as a Family Physician working at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, AR, my current job responsibilities include a full range of family medicine services at a clinic owned by the hospital. I also admitted my patients and unassigned patients to Fulton County Hospital which is a critical access hospital and I managed my patients at the hospital as the attending physician. I also covered 24 hour shifts at the hospital emergency room. I was the only physician working in the hospital when I cover the emergency room. I was also a member of the Electronic Medical Record Committee at Fulton County Hospital. I implemented EclinicalWorks at Fulton County Hospital for myself and another physician. I have been using EclinicalWorks since 2008 while I was in private practice in California. The Electronic Medical Record Committee was in the process of selecting an EMR to be used in the hospital.
