Civil Hospital Karachi is a 1900-bed tertiary care public hospital that imparts both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training. The clinical departments of the hospital includes Internal Medicine, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Anesthesiology, Pediatrics, Cardiac Surgery, Oncology, Radiology, General Surgery, Neurosurgery and Laboratory Civil Hospital is proving all the services and facilities in one premise.Worked as a Post Graduate trainee I have been retained to different units including various specialties live Gynecology, Obstetrics and Pediatrics. My responsibilities in ward were taking history, clinical easement, perform common ward procedures like Paracentesis, lumber puncture and CVP. Participated in Journal club, publications, reviews and delivered presentations. I had call rotation postings in ICU and learned emergency management from the experience.

My Duties was to do outpatient cleaning Clinic and to do appropriate management also do ward rounds, took care of patients from Pediatrics as well as surgery.

As a Medical officer I evaluated various patients for different medical problems, routinely assisted and did independently various intervention procedures, attended outpatient department a well as ward rounds. I participated in various continuing medical education workshops and seminars in order to keep myself updated of recent medical information.
