As part of this project, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing dispensaries in the PCMC area and suggested recommendations for reforming them into Comprehensive Health and Wellness Centers (CHWCs). Through this project, I was able to collaborate with various stakeholders and derive insights from them, which enabled me to provide recommendations that aligned with the community's healthcare needs.In addition to the PCMC CTO Project, I also assisted in various other projects within the PCMC medical department, including the Anemia Mukt PCMC project and the YCM Hospital facelifting project.

During my internship at Sassoon General Hospital in Pune, I had the opportunity to work on several projects in the administrative department. One of my key responsibilities was conducting a Time Motion Study at the General OPD with the aim of reducing patient waiting times. Through this study, I was able to analyze the patient flow, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to optimize patient flow and reduce waiting times.In addition to the Time Motion Study, I also conducted a departmental study of 5 clinical and 2 non-clinical departments. This involved observing the day-to-day operations of these departments, analyzing their workflows, and identifying areas for improvement. Through this study, I was able to provide recommendations to department heads to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance patient satisfaction.
