Worked with Department of Health & Family Welfare in the capacity of District Consultant cum Dakshata Mentor.I have been exposed to diverse set of job experiences and responsibilities 1) Maternal Health Programs: RCH, JSY, JSSK, PMSMA, MDR & CDR that includes timely data reporting and uploading on all the platforms. 2 ) Dakshata & LaQshya : Involved in strengthening the competency of the providers of the labour room & OT staff including medical officers, staff nurses, and ANMs to perform evidence-based practices as per the established protocols and standards by providing Skill Based Trainings3) Covid-19 Surveillance : Various Mitigation activities, Sample planning, contact tracing, analysis of Covid-19 Data to further prevent spread of the disease and daily reporting of all the indicators.4) NACP & RNTCP : Was involved in providing stigma-free, affordable quality care, support and treatment and well equipped with SIMS, SOCH, ART,BBMIS Departments and portals
