Responsible for helping organizations deliver the best synchronous and/or asynchronous learning events that they can by implementing the Engageli platform.

Work primarily with organizations in higher education, non-profits, and industry to identify opportunities for online learning. We help our partners imagine Custom Learning Experiences—online learning as unique as the partner's vision and brand. We work with our client to build capacity and internal knowledge, thereby enabling the client to expand on what we’ve created together.

Managed Center for Career Development, Office of Academic Services, Admissions Office, plus Assistant Dean and Administrative Assistant. Oversaw undergraduate business curriculum: Chaired the Undergraduate Academic Policy Committee (faculty and students), worked with faculty division chairs, Academic Services, and Registrar’s Office to determine each semester’s course offerings. Key support to special programs, including Honors Program, merit and leadership scholarship programs. Provided direction/guidance on UG School among staff, formally through Undergraduate Cabinet (staff leaders from across campus) and on ad hoc basis. Served as public face and internal hub of communication related to all undergraduate activity. Handled development communication and events with parents and alumni.

Taught classes related to introduction to business, technology, and consulting. Awarded Thurnau Professorship, UM’s highest teaching award, granted by UM Center for Research on Learning & Teaching (CRLT). Only professor to win two student-awarded BBA Teacher of the Year awards. Served on UM Provost’s committees to investigate how to use Coursera and how to best handle transition to Google tools. Led workshops for 10+ years about educational technology usage for UM and Ross faculty. Selected to serve on the UM CRLT Faculty Advisory Board. Selected to present at the “Gallery of Teaching Innovations” at CRLT’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. Created school's first video-based that used a game-based approach to drive student participation and learning. Created undergraduate consulting project class and a Harvard case-based class (writing 20+ cases). Served as reviewer of multiple undergraduate business programs in US, Canada, and Hong Kong.

Developed comprehensive marketing effort (Web page, videos, flyers, etc.) for department in order to increase awareness and interest in department’s classes. Supported successful tenure case of first departmental addition in ten years.

Selected as first Faculty Director of the BBA Program, creating the position and hiring the school’s first academic services staff. Managed all facets of 1300+ student BBA program. Proposed, then led change in format from 2-year program to a 3- and 4-year program; gave Ross access to 2500+ high school students applying for only 100 spots in freshman class. The rest of the class would be filled the following year from UM’s student body. Maintained or increased quality in every program dimension. Improved metrics (SAT, ACT, GPA, number of applicants, etc.) for both incoming classes every year. Implemented school’s first study abroad programs; 80+ enrolled in 3rd year. With communication and new advisors, increased number of dual majors and minors from 25 to 275+ in 3 years. Created outreach program for 400+ under-represented minority high school students. Rolled out mentorship program for 40-60 under-prepared UM freshmen to prepare them to apply to Ross.
