The rest of the class would be filled the following year from UM’s student body. Maintained or increased quality in every program dimension. Improved metrics (SAT, ACT, GPA, number of applicants, etc.) for both incoming classes every year. Implemented school’s first study abroad programs; 80+ enrolled in 3rd year. With communication and new advisors, increased number of dual majors and minors from 25 to 275+ in 3 years. Created outreach program for 400+ under-represented minority high school students. Rolled out mentorship program for 40-60 under-prepared UM freshmen to prepare them to apply to Ross.
