As a former Civil Services Officer, I voluntarily transitioned from government service to explore diverse professional experiences. My career spans leadership roles in the management of defence production units and key ministerial responsibilities, including policy formulation and implementation, program evaluation, admin & HR, and strategic management. and oversight. I have extensive experience in inter-ministerial liaison, governmental schemes, budgeting, corporate revenue management, and media and event management, Organizational behaviour , Gender Dynamics , arbitrations , international relations etc. I have served in pivotal roles as Dy Secretary , Director , Jt GM and AGM within the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Health and rising to the level of Add.Director General in Prasar Bharati (DD & AIR). Also Headed institutions like the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga and DD's Commercial Service. Representing the Government of India on international platforms, I have participated in key engagements in China, South Africa, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Switzerland , USA etc. In addition to serving as Joint General Manager and Work Manager in several defence production units, I was a subject expert for the Defence Production Modernisation Committee in 2011-12. I’ve also chaired Sexual Harassment Committees and held the role of Transparency Officer.In 2008, I was selected as a Sr Research Fellow at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses which due to my work commitments , I couldn't join. My System Synthesis Project My Doctorate proposal won a global contest, ranking first out of 700 entries, recognised as highly relevant to South Asia by Emerald UK and the Academy of Indian Management.Alongside my administrative career, I am passionate about writing, having published case studies and research articles for MBA students. I am also an avid painter, winning a silver medal for my artwork besides exhibitions and holding exhibitions London and India .Currently, I serve as faculty in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources (PGDM) at the National Academy of Defence Production and as an honorary/guest faculty at the Management Development Institute, Indian Institute of Mass Communication, and other prestigious institutions.I am deeply committed to promoting transparency and efficiency in governance , diversity , Women empowerment and mother nature .
