As the Founder of Suburban Diagnostics, a leading diagnostic centre and pathology lab in Western India, I spent every day building the lab step by step and growing it from a 'one-pathology-lab' set up in Lokhandwala, Mumbai, to 250+ centres across 16+ cities over 28 years. It is an integral part of who I am and where I started. Suburban Diagnostics was founded in 1994 to "create higher standards in healthcare with precision and care." 'The opportunity is to impact health outcomes by reducing the gap between demand and supply, making testing more accurate, accessible and affordable." I call this "unburden healthcare and unburden your health." Over the years, I have had the privilege and honour of being a guest speaker at several national and international conferences, medical forums, management institutes, business forums, and TEDx Speakers. My experience has led me to be invited to mentor a cohort of family businesses, sharing my entrepreneurial journey and learnings at each stage. I've been honoured with the - - "Influential Leader of New India 2021" by Team Marksmen in association with CNN-News18.- ‘100 Most Impactful Healthcare Leaders' Award by the World Health & Wellness Congress in 2018-  VCCircle Healthcare Investment & Awards in 2015 -  Frost & Sullivan 7th Annual India Healthcare Excellence Awards in 2015As a graduate of Grant Medical College and JJ Hospital, with a special interest in Cytopathology, I have had the immense honour of being trained at the esteemed Tata Hospital, Johns Hopkins Hospital and Henry Ford Hospital, USA. As I embark on Life 2.0 on yet another journey as the Founder of Shubhan Ventures, a family office created with the sole objective and purpose - invest, grow and create - in healthcare and retail. We do this by investing in growth-oriented enterprises, helping startup founders make sound investment decisions, and giving back to the society through our philanthropic efforts. On the other side of my business card, I am a global traveller, amateur chef, travel photographer, and aspiring DJ who loves sharing his entrepreneurial journey, experiences, and learnings.
