Holder of a PHD in the Arabic Language from the Lebanese University, author, literary critic, social and cultural activist. Creator and President of “Bilarabiya Association for Language and Modernization. Creator and Manager of “Lebanon enlightened” for the abolition of illiteracy, teaching adults, and fighting truancy in collaboration with the UNESCO and Ministry of Social Affairs in Lebanon. President of “Arabic Proficiency Test” project approved by the Lebanese Ministry of Education. General Secretary of “Bilarabiya Award for Culture and Science. Contributed to many seminars and conferences namely in Beirut, Washington, Montreal, Paris, Dubai, Sharjah, Egypt, and China.
