Job requirements:• Effective communication skills • Decision Maker & problem solving ability • Figures & detailed oriented • Business & Goal oriented • Strong Leadership• Multitask ability • Driver & InfluentialAuthorities and responsibilities:• Manage all Lab issues with other departments and branches. • Conduct regular meetings with Technical Director to discuss the management problems inside units.• Follow up receipt the samples and deliver results on time.• Manage results clerks’ team to deliver their sheets on time.• Manage Lab services team and Lab delivering team.• Follow up with branches to ensure that the results delivered on time.• Solve any problems related to (false results – delay results – Doctors Attendance – Results clerks’ Attendance – Customers results problems – CC, MM, BS problems).• Check daily tests’ reports to make sure that they meet KPI’s according to the number of tests per day.• Compliance with the regulatory confines of both the organization and the government.• Handle the Strategic planning, business development and expansion initiatives.• Coordinate with the HR to discuss the transfers, retentions, successions and compensations plans for all medical staff according to the experiences and years of services as well as the company roles while maintaining compliance with the Egyptian Labor Laws.• Coordinate with the IT to discuss units’ problems.• Handle the time table issues between Branches and Units.• Contact the Local agent for any technical problems with medical devices.• Update the artificial intelligence.• Follow up the Tailings treatment Unit.• Check competitors’ prices list and compare it with our price list.• Check the daily, weekly and monthly Follow-up reports.
