Receiving a high risk diagnosis during pregnancy is a challenging moment for an expectant mom and I am there with 15 years of experience in providing clinical care. As a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist, I partner with my patient and her birthing team to achieve the best possible outcome during routine and complex pregnancies. I also hold faculty appointments as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Miami School of Medicine and Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.My areas of clinical expertise and interest include preterm labor, surgical and medical management of cervical insufficiency, prenatal diagnosis and management of fetal anomalies, Doppler studies, multiple gestations, maternal cardiovascular disease, pregestational diabetes and preeclampsia. I am also passionate about the interplay of genetic diagnoses and their impact on pregnancies.
