Designed a set of Integrated Investigation forms for better investigation practices for the Indian Police at NCRB in 1988 - 1989. Forms are being implemented in Police throughout the country. They are model for good investigation practice. The Idea and design was of Dr.S.C.Agarwal, IPS. Drafted new Identification of Prisoners Act & Crime & Offenders Act, 1986. In-Charge of Training and Operation Division at DCPC/NCRB (1982-1984) and directed about 150 Training Programmes, Training more than 7,000 Police personnel of different rank (From DG to SI).
