Designed a set of Integrated Investigation forms for better investigation practices for the Indian Police at NCRB in 1988 - 1989. Forms are being implemented in Police throughout the country. They are model for good investigation practice. The Idea and design was of Dr.S.C.Agarwal, IPS. Drafted new Identification of Prisoners Act & Crime & Offenders Act, 1986. In-Charge of Training and Operation Division at DCPC/NCRB (1982-1984) and directed about 150 Training Programmes, Training more than 7,000 Police personnel of different rank (From DG to SI). Worked in Crime and Criminal Information System, Introduction of Technology in Police, Computer Security, Computer Frauds, and Cyber Crime and published number of papers in different journals of India and abroad. ackage for the Country (1987-1988).
