Scott Kelly is an experienced economist who is committed to working with stakeholders to create change towards a more sustainable future. He has spent the last 15 years working alongside organisations on the development of analytical tools, frameworks and scenarios to help understand impacts, mitigate risks and develop strategies to improve policy and business outcomes. Combining his strengths in both quantitative and qualitative approaches, Scott has worked closely with public, private and not-for-profit organisations across Europe, Australia and New Zealand to create positive change. Scott was the recipient of the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship in 2008 and read towards an MPhil and PhD at the University of Cambridge in the UK. After completing his PhD he was a Research Fellow of Darwin College and a Senior Risk Associate at the Centre for Risk Studies at the Judge Business School. He is now a research director at the Institute for Sustainable Futures leading research in the fields of economics, energy and policy. He has co-authored over two dozen academic papers and dozens of professional reports.
