Hey! I am originally from Canada and moved to Australia in 2003. I've been here ever since! I've done a lot of cool things in 21 years as a health professional and advocate. I've been a student, teacher, Amazon best selling author, mentor, lecturer, podcaster, and international guest speaker. In addition to my book, Move It or Lose It, I've also been published in Men’s Fitness over a dozen times. I've been featured FOX, CBS, USA Today, and NBC. My articles have helped thousands of people live a healthier lifestyle.After seeing first hand all the amazing things that can happen by becoming an author I started a business called CoAuthorised that helps other health professionals to raise their levels of authority and influence in their local communities. We hope to be the highest used Dad resource in the world with the Daddius platform which is a ‘one-stop-shop’ for Dads to create the life and family they want. It is still a work in progress but I love the impact it's making for Dads all over the world.In my spare time I love to stay fit using a combination of HIIT, weight training, running and mountain biking. I love camping with my family and friends. I am married to my wife Maia and have a daughter Aurora.
