I provide overall project management for all training development and assessment programs for the company.

I provide a host of consulting services that include competency modeling, executive coaching, multirater assessment, and test development.

In this position, I help to create, position, and sell complex solutions involving assessment content, services and technology. I also oversee the implementation of these solutions. I interact with customers, our sales force, and several internal groups. Services I provide include consulting on the design and development of assessment solutions, conducting.

In this position, I had primary responsibility for managing all aspects of project implementations with the company’s largest clients. I oversaw the delivery of complex, integrated solutions, interacted with multiple levels of client management, including executives, and managed internal staff and external suppliers.

In this role, I was responsible for managing Wilson Learning’s efforts in the areas of competency modeling and testing. Wilson Learning was not in the testing business prior to my tenure, but in FY 2001, it was the top product in the division, accounting for 25% of the revenue.

In this position, I was responsible for developing and implementing assessment, selection, and development systems for clients. I participated in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, products, and services offered by the company.
