In this current environment where law enforcement is continually bombarded with 'assaults'​ from all sides. It is time for us to stand up for that group of people that walk into a stressful situation many times a day. We aim to help calm the mind, train it to discern reaction and judgement and better manage stress. As an EMT in Los Angeles for over eight years, I have seen the stress of both medical first responders and law enforcement personnel. I grinds on them constantly, and I found that specific techniques in meditation and mindfulness help.
