For over 25 years I have designed, implemented, and managed every aspect of the services that firms offer to support and develop their talent. With three books published by the American Bar Association, contributions to three other books, and 120+ articles related to professional and business development I am always sharing best practices. My years of experience includes client relationship building, business development techniques, communication skills and management/leadership development training. I have conducted over 250 seminars on a variety of topics for large and small firms as well as the ABA, ALA, NALP, local bar associations, Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Northwestern, University of Virginia, University of Chicago and Duke Law Schools among others.As an editorial board member of Practice Innovations, a Thomson Reuters publication and Marketing the Law Firm, an American Legal Media publication, I provide new content to help professionals succeed on a regular basis. I was appointed to the Professional Development Committee of the Law Practice Division of the ABA and served as the chair of the Professional Development Advisory Committee of the Association of Legal Administrators. Because of my love of teaching, I was faculty for the Center for Management Development at Florida International University, teaching training and human resources courses. I also served as an adjunct professor in the doctoral program titled "Organizational Leadership" at Nova Southeastern University.
