Monitoring and Evaluation CoordinatorSNEHA, Thane Mumbai / June 2018 – PresentProject Name: Maternal and Newborn and Child Health (MNH)SNEHA is an NGO working for 21 years to build replicable evidence-based solutions with communities, government, public health systems to improve health outcomes of vulnerable urban women and children.MNH which works for strengthening maternal and child referral systems with seven municipal corporations and integrated life cycle approach (RMNCH)in Bhiwandi through community intervention.Key Highlights of my role:• Lead MEAL systems -Designed MEAL frameworks and indicators delineated and implemented various assessments like Baseline, End -line, needs assessment etc (calculation of sample size, design, randomized list generation), developed data collection formats in Commcare for monitoring as well as for evaluation, lead team trainings and TOT for Commcare, data validation, data triangulation, field visits data cross check• Analyzed and disseminated results through presentations or dashboards (Tableau) and reports for donors, internal team, community• Conducted research, literature review for new projects and undertook sub-studies as per the need of the programme• Managed cross functional teams of 60+ staff across different locations for data entry, analysis and reporting• Spearheaded the redevelopment of internal monitoring system in use by 48 staff members, resulting in 10+ new features, reduction in 40% workload and 20% operational time• Carried out interactive sessions with all staff correlating tableau dashboards and commcare to show the impact of data entry against process, output and outcome indicators which lead to decrease in 60% of errors
