I provide a supportive space where you can grow in the ways desired and manifest excellence across multiple life domains. * Adults Living with Chronic or Invisible Illnesses:Chronic health conditions can evoke many issues, such as a sense of grief or loss, and strained relationships (to name only two). Folks who wish to live well need strong support, and I am here to help. * Black / Brown Adults Living in America:Every facet of a black / brown person's existence is impacted by skin color. Rather than escape reality, black / brown people must be equipped with Resilience skills to bounce back from both historical trauma and current stressors. * Adults whose Careers Require Soft / People Skills:Careers like management, human resources and education are comprised of daily work that frequently involves engaging with others during emotionally charged situations. I help my clients to leverage their strengths and reframe the areas where they're improving.
