I’m a dedicated and experienced Nutrition Lecturer, Nutritionist/Dietitian and a Researcher at Cellular and Molecular Research Center, Research Institute for Prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases, Qazvin University of Medical Sciences (QUMS). Throughout my career, I have accumulated a wealth of expertise in supervision and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students. I designed numerous research projects related to interactions of Nutrition/Nutraceuticals and Metabolic Disease, Neuro-Inflammation, and Sports Nutrition.I have been granted my Ph.D. in Molecular Nutrition (TUMS), where I conducted my thesis on the anti-inflammatory effects of nutraceuticals and vitamins on animal model of autoimmune neurodegenerative disease. With a focus on Nutrition and Diabetes for my master's thesis, I have a deep understanding of the connections between diet and inflammation in Metabolic Diseases.Alongside my extensive research and numerous publications, including books and papers, I have also collaborated with prominent industry organizations as a Registered Nutritionist and Dietitian (RDN). Regarding my athletic background, I have developed a keen interest in Sports Nutrition and have successfully undertaken several projects in this field.
