I was under the impression that I will be a part of the wellness industry as my primary intention was to help people to stay healthy. Little did I realize that it was actually quite the opposite. In reality, I was actually a part of the sickness industry and was just helping people recover from illness and disease. I was convinced that there is a better way of leading a healthier lifestyle. In pursuit of this answer over the years, I gravitated towards the science of preventive medicine and particularly the science of nutrition-based medicine which has the phenomenal powers to cleanse the body and to heal itself by providing nutrition at the cellular level. Getting people to increase their energy levels and to sleep better is all possible with a simple shift in mindset and following an easy to follow nutritional plan.
