These roles involve managing pharmacovigilance initiatives, facilitating adverse drug reaction reporting, and ensuring patient safety.Alongside these commitments, I will lead a team of 10 doctors and MDs, providing mentorship, fostering collaboration, and supporting the professional growth of team members. My aim is to build a dynamic department focused on excellence in both teaching and research.
