These training courses are designed according to the needs of the participants and are practical, relevant and fun sessions and include role plays and follow ups with recommendations for further successful achievements .I have more than two decades of leadership experience of the corporate sector, research, consultancy, teaching, training, management of academic institutions and my understanding of the HR requirements of the manufacturing, software, service, and developmental sectors helps me to recommend successful alignment of human resources practices to business objectives.
