As the executive pastor, my role was to lead and manage the church leadership, staff and ministry team leads. I was responsible for the church organization, finances, accounts, processes, public relations, website, brand messaging and marketing. My responsibilities included discipleship/spiritual formation for the staff, small groups, family ministry and discipleship courses as well as teaching twice a month.

Responsible for branding, creating, updating and maintaining all the creative/graphic needs for the 60+ ministries provided through the church.

Responsible for the companies branding, venue signage and the monthly magazine.

For pennies, I worked my fingers to the bone and learned nothing more than perseverance and a good hard work ethic. However, the bonds of brotherhood formed between coworkers as we battled in the trenches at this evil corporate entry level position have proven to be priceless.
