I am a dynamic educator and consultant, deeply committed to transforming the landscape of education and empowering both students and educators. At the helm of Tink It! Education and Consulting Services as Director, my mission is to guide students to excel within the conventional curriculum while supporting parents in their pivotal role of child development. Our team at Tink It! is distinguished in delivering impactful consultancy services, focusing on capacity building in alignment with the most recent educational standards and pioneering teacher training initiatives. We excel in enhancing educator professional growth, fostering leadership qualities, and cultivating a thriving organizational culture.Before my engagement with Tink It!, I held a significant position within the MOE's Professional Development Branch. There, I was instrumental in advancing the staff learning system, notably in the creation of the Analytics Module. My tenure was characterised by my leadership in facilitating workshops such as the Critical Inquiry Workshop for teachers and the OPAL2.0 training, where I leveraged my exceptional interpersonal skills to clarify complexities and adapt seamlessly to change, ensuring a dynamic learning environment for MOE staff.Earlier in my career, as a classroom teacher and Subject Head, I spearheaded innovative learning programs that incorporated digital literacy, data management, cyber wellness, and robotics. I mentored a cadre of teachers, inspiring them to champion the integration of technology into teaching and learning practices. As a thought leader in professional development, I have shared my insights at prestigious national conferences, including the International Conference on Teaching and Learning with Technology (iCTLT) and the Redesigning Pedagogy International Conference at NIE.My extensive expertise in teaching Primary English, Math, and Science enabled me to educate upper primary students with behavioural and learning difficulties effectively. Driven by a profound passion for education and a dedication to elevating the quality of learning experiences, I am relentless in my pursuit to leave an indelible mark on the field of education, striving to enrich the lives of students, educators, and parents alike.
