French Language Pedagogy and Methodology:Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing curricula and instruction to international, national, and local language standards to “beginner thru advanced”. Study Abroad/International Academic Exchange Programs: Advocated international education abroad programs for secondary education institutions which resulted in 50% increase in minority students traveling. Researched, designed, strategically executed and managed innovative 21st century international curricula to increase equity and diversity for secondary students to study abroad. Collaborated with the Ministry of Education in the Republic of France to develop Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and thus served as the principal liaison for schools in the USA and France by way of the French Ministry of Education. Authored study abroad proposals that were successfully awarded grants from the U. S. Department of State and Bureau of Cultural Affairs that resulted in historic study abroad programs to Nancy-Metz, France 2013 and Toulouse, France 2015, for which over $40,000.00 funds were granted. Advised State of Georgia government and the City of Atlanta officials as well as educational leaders on all matters pertaining to study abroad including safety in targeted regions to provide travel risk, emergency response, and crisis management.
