Skipton Leonard, Ph.D. Trained as a social and organizational psychologist, Dr. Skip Leonard has devoted his career to helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their goals and accomplish their missions by learning how to be more adaptive, creative, and innovative. A noted authority on Action Learning, leadership and team development, he has coached and trained thousands of executives, managers, and professionals and their teams. Skip’s consulting clients have included Microsoft, Target, Dell, HP, Boeing, Chrysler, Bechtel, AllState, USAA, American Express, Bank of America, Shell, AstraZenica, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and US government organizations such as the Army, the Postal Service, Commerce Department, GSA, USDA, and GAO. A leader in his field, Skip is the author of six books (4 on Action Learning), is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and has over fifty articles in refereed journals. He is a Fellow in the American Psychological Association and Past-President of the Society of Consulting Psychology.
