Dr. Sonya Bladow Kiser is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic in the state of Arizona that graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. Prior to her enrollment at Northwestern, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of North Dakota.While in Minnesota, Dr. Sonya received extensive training in the latest protocols and techniques in treatment for chronic stress diseases, ie: heart disease, cancer, low back pain, and obesity. She addresses not only the body dysfunction and pain, but also the biochemical, physical, and/or emotional stressors that cause them.She was employed by Lifetime Fitness where she worked as a Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. There she focused on preventative health, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and physical rehabilitation.Dr. Sonya has a huge passion for kids. Her soft and gentle approach works well with them, as well as pregnant moms. She’s been asked to speak for various companies and organizations, hosts a community outreach program, and volunteers with local non-profits.
