I have a strong academic background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in general and expertise in Power Electronics & drives with dynamic institution administrative experience as HOD, Vice-Principal, Principal i/c, and Associate Dean (Examinations) and Director of CPT with strong exposure in OBE, AICTE examinations reforms, relative grading system-based results, assessment strategies, NBA and NAAC accreditation process. I was instrumental in setting up of HCL Centre of Excellence, various new laboratories, and new value-added courses facilities and was part of various committees in the previous Institutions /universities worked. The contacts and experience that I have gained through my professional service and as well as through my experience as Director, Associate Dean, Conference Chair of IEEE-sponsored International Conferences, and Coordinator of college for NBA, e-NBA, and NAAC in colleges/universities where I have working now and worked previously, etc made me grow with rich experience.
