I'm passionate about elevating the sales profession with research, education, and technology. As a Marketing Professor and Director of the Northeast Intercollegiate Sales Competition (NISC) at Bryant University, I teach and coach students on various aspects of sales, such as the conversation, social media, analytics, executive presence, and design thinking. I also co-authored "The Little Black Book of Social Media" on social media strategies for business, influencers, and personal branding, as well as "9 Ways to Develop Highly Effective Salespeople" designed for sales managers, and an Audible series called "6 Sales Skills Everyone Should Know" partnering with Wondrium, The Great Courses and Audible, an Amazon Company. You can also check out my TEDx talk called, "Learning how to get what you want".In 2019, I co-founded RNMKRS, a groundbreaking platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to simulate realistic sales conversations and provide instant feedback and scoring to trainees. RNMKRS is used by over 45,000 sellers from around the world and completed over 750,000 ai sales role plays with meaningful feedback and in-game coaching in colleges and companies. As the Chief Science Officer, I work with a diverse group of faculty, sales, revenue and enablement leaders, and students to create innovative technology solutions that enhance sales performance and career readiness. I am honored to be recognized as one of the Forbes #NEXT1000 entrepreneurs, American Marketing Association Sales Professor of the Year, and the recipient of a variety of teaching, research, and innovation grants and awards, including the Marketing Simulation Winner by the American Marketing Association for our work with RNMKRS designing role plays with multiple buyers for a more dynamic selling experience.
