When I started my dental career in North West WA, I noticed a gap in quality dental care delivery to rural and remote Western Australia. This fueled my passion to enhance the quality and availability of dental care for those living remotely.I love being a driven entrepreneur who has built a successful career in a male-dominated industry, relying on resilience and drive as my superpower. Growing up on a dairy farm in Victoria and working on a cattle station in outback Australia, I am no stranger to grit and hard work. I took the bull by the horns (literally) and shaped my career on my own terms.Recently, I was honored with a nomination for a WA Rural Health Excellence Award, recognizing my dedication to caring for rural communities. I owe a great deal of this achievement to my superstar team at DNTL Code for their unwavering support and hard work.Throughout my journey, I have faced numerous challenges and discrimination, but I have never allowed them to define me. With unwavering determination and self-belief, I have risen above adversity to carve my own path to success.
