As the Founder of Dental Code and the host of the podcast "Growing with Grit," my mission is to help others reach their full potential beyond their wildest dreams. When I started my dental career in North West WA, I noticed a gap in quality dental care delivery to rural and remote Western Australia. This fueled my passion to enhance the quality and availability of dental care for those living remotely.I love being a driven entrepreneur who has built a successful career in a male-dominated industry, relying on resilience and drive as my superpower. Growing up on a dairy farm in Victoria and working on a cattle station in outback Australia, I am no stranger to grit and hard work. I took the bull by the horns (literally) and shaped my career on my own terms.Recently, I was honored with a nomination for a WA Rural Health Excellence Award, recognizing my dedication to caring for rural communities. I owe a great deal of this achievement to my superstar team at DNTL Code for their unwavering support and hard work.Throughout my journey, I have faced numerous challenges and discrimination, but I have never allowed them to define me. With unwavering determination and self-belief, I have risen above adversity to carve my own path to success. Embracing challenges and the unknown, I continue to push my boundaries and discover the extent of my capabilities.While I am a country girl at heart, I enjoy staying updated on the latest business and industry developments. Balancing my time between Perth, Melbourne, and Broome, I also indulge in regular overseas travel.I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and sharing my journey of resilience, determination, and success.
