From Higher Education Professor/Administrator to Real Estate Professional, Dr. Stephanie has over sixteen years of working in higher education. She has had the opportunity to lead institutional functions in enrollment management, including graduate admissions and financial aid, and held positions as university registrar and full-time faculty member (teaching mass communications). Dr. Stephanie is proud to say she's helped thousands of students at five HBCUs at the professional, graduate, and undergraduate levels in determining majors, ensuring academic requirements are met, and promoting the achievement of academic goals. Dedicated to bringing the skills she has learned in her educational career to real estate, her sole focus is ensuring her clients fully understand the real estate process whether investing, developing, buying, or selling. Skills such as cultivating productive relationships with the community to ensure compliance, strong leadership and commitment, effective communication, and attention to detail will allow her to give clients the best solutions needed to invest, develop, buy, or sell properties. Dr. Stephanie along with her son are the owners of The White Ricks Legacy Real Estate Group. WRLG focuses on helping families build a legacy with a diverse property portfolio.
