I am honored to serve as the Battalion Chaplain (CPT), a CSG soldier embedded with the great soldiers of the HHC 749th CSSB and the Companies of our Battalion in Word and Sacrament Ministry, as a "pastor in uniform." It is most definitely a "ministry of presence."

I serve as Pastor at Greenhaven Lutheran Church, a wonderful, actively growing medium-sized congregation in the South Sacramento area. We are a congregation of the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod (LCMS).

I was responsible for the overall marketing, implementation, and follow-up support of retail technology and pricing solutions for independent grocers throughout California, Northern Nevada, and Hawai`i.

I served God at PLC as her called, lay pastor. This time also served as my academic and practical internship, known as a "vicarage" in the preparation of Lutheran pastors.
