Project highlights include: o Design-build construction project for USINDOPACOM valued at $7.7M. The project renovated an existing facility into a certified Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) that complies with DoD physical and electronic security requirements. Scope included upgraded power distribution and mechanical cooling for a new server room and equipment, upgraded telecom infrastructure, structural modifications, architectural upgrades along with furniture and high-end finishes. o A Design-build energy conservation project on Kaho’olawe for the State of Hawaii valued at $2.3M. Project scope included the installation of a 100 KW photovoltaic system with battery storage, a 60 KW diesel generator for backup power, RO portable water plant and structural and architectural modifications to the existing 1950’s era building to be more energy and thermal efficient.
