My mission is to create healthier organizations and stronger leaders in order change the world.My passions revolve around two primary foci: 1) reducing the amount of suffering that exists in the workplace, and 2) empowering organizations and their leaders to achieve their missions and make this world a better place to live.To this end, I constantly strive to overcome the pervasive dysfunction in the workplace that causes so many people to dread going in to work due to ineffective bosses, poor organizational structures and systems, and inadequate leadership. The energy of people, when channeled into organizations has the power to transform the world. It is the primary job of every leader to unleash that energy for that very purpose.
