Dr. Steve Graef returned Ohio State in 2013 as sport psychology consultant. He received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Akron where he also developed a specialized knowledge in sport and performance psychology. As a former OSU student-athlete himself, Dr. Graef personally recognizes the ups and downs associated with maintaining school, sport and life, and is dedicated to helping others manage their mental health. While at Ohio State he worked primarily with OSU student-athletes and collaborated with other campus resources to ensure consistent and quality care throughout the university and greater Columbus communities.

Conduct group seminars on Mental Conditioning topics. Develop group and individual mental conditioning programs. Working with individual athletes with a variety of age, level, and cultural backgrounds. Integrate and work alongside of other IMG Performance Institute divisions (e.g., Physical Conditioning, Athletic Training, Vision Training, Leadership, Sport Management, Nutrition). Engaged in supervised consultation with individual athletes. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes. Complete other duties as assigned.
