Dr. Sukhpreet Patel is an MD ObGyn with over 25 years of experience in women's health and hormone-related issues. After having successfully run her IVF practice for almost two decades, her interest shifted toward public health, lifestyle, and behavioral modification and its impact on women's health, especially during PERIMENOPAUSE and MENOPAUSE. Having gone through a relatively turbulent menopausal transition, and realizing the scarcity of healthcare professionals trained in Menopausal Health, Dr. Patel was inspired to create an online community to bridge the Information-Knowledge and Provider-Consumer gaps in this field. While on the one hand, she hopes to empower women with credible information about menopause through the community (www.menopausewize.com), she also strives to create and support more Menopause-friendly work places through the MENOPAUSEWIZE@WORK Program.
