Own cost, quality, and delivery for Avionics Harnessing Supply Chain and Falcon 9 Subassembly operations.Led team responsible for work transfer initiatives for supplier partnerships through production and final delivery, focusing on the development of product value streams through the integration of engineering, production, and supply chain functions.

Developed and implemented a cross-functional business process to facilitate production work transfer of 49,000 labor hours per month from SpaceX Production into the supply base.Defined, authored the controlling documents, and executed a pilot of the SpaceX purchased part qualification process based on automotive PPAP. Process designed to support qualification of crewed and national security missions. Developed two green field supplier facilities to support Falcon 9 Subassembly production - including the industrialization of facilities, development and manufacturing of part specific tooling & fixtures, procurement of capital equipment and assembly benches, creation of technical work instructions, and the training and development of supplier employees (hourly and salary).Responsible for the sub-component part quality of 148 suppliers in the SpaceX machining commodity, including disposition authority for flight critical hardware, root cause corrective action, containment, process development, and continuous improvement.

Owned manufacturing engineering and quality engineering responsibilities for a structural component cell that supports aircraft engine manufacturing for both military and commercial customers.

Coursework includes: Supply Chain Management, LEAN Manufacturing Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, Project Management, Negotiation Skills and Business Acumen.
