In the year 2011, I founded this company in Life Skills Training at the school, college and the corporate level as a sole proprietrix. I have on my team experienced resource persons in the fields of Banking, HR-OB, Languages and Counseling. The ALPS specializes in tailor-made programs which are designed after in-depth interactions with the client and the participants of the program. Creative abilities, Out-of-the-box training and Lateral thinking are incorporated into all modules.The ALPS has done programs for a diverse clientale that range from students of Grades XI & XII, undergraduate and postgraduate students, to supervisors, technicians, nurses, architects, doctors, engineers and managers of the small scale sector to multinational companies, both in the private and public sector. The ALPS is associated with MOHAN Foundation, an NGO that advocates Organ Donation and Vidyasagar, a school for children with special needs and Vajra, an NGO that empowers girl-school dropouts in martial arts. Our Corporate clients include Tech Mahindra, ICICI, AIEMA, Avon Seals, Amar Group, CCG, MSME, NLC, BWIR, TVH, Johnson Lifts amongst many more. Some of our College level clients are SEICOM, Tirupati, LKBRCE, Vijayawada, St.Josephs College of Engg, Chennai, Sree Sastha College of Engineering, Chennai while at the School level, it is Jawahar School, Neyveli and Vidyasagar, Chennai, Vivekananda Group of Schools, Chennai.A creative person, a social thinker, a hands-on worker and a down-to-earth, happy, resourceful and a loyal woman, I enjoy being among people. A spontaneous mentor and confidante', I believe in being there for my family, friends and colleagues and my clients for all times to come. An avid reader, writer, a lover of music, dance and theatre, I take part regularly in The Rally for the Blind, Chennai and other car rallies. I believe in giving my best. I am a self-made person, a law-abiding citizen and have tremendous pride in being so.
