In the year 2011, I founded this company in Life Skills Training at the school, college and the corporate level as a sole proprietrix. I have on my team experienced resource persons in the fields of Banking, HR-OB, Languages and Counseling. The ALPS specializes in tailor-made programs which are designed after in-depth interactions with the client and the participants of the program. Creative abilities, Out-of-the-box training and Lateral thinking are incorporated into all modules.The ALPS has done programs for a diverse clientale that range from students of Grades XI & XII, undergraduate and postgraduate students, to supervisors, technicians, nurses, architects, doctors, engineers and managers of the small scale sector to multinational companies, both in the private and public sector. The ALPS is associated with MOHAN Foundation, an NGO that advocates Organ Donation and Vidyasagar, a school for children with special needs and Vajra, an NGO that empowers girl-school dropouts in martial arts.
