In order to provide superior service, effective value for money results and convenience accessibility, he undertook advanced training in the latest technological innovations in Dermatological, Cosmetological and Cosmetic surgery solutions and implemented the same in India and internationally for VLCC Healthcare. In his initial years, teaching at Fr. Muller’s Institute of Medical Education and Research, Mangalore University, molded him into a gripping communicator. Assisting in the family business of Restaurants and Hotels, honed his organizational and leadership qualities. At VLCC Healthcare, starting his career as a Consultant Dermatologist, he scaled heights slowly and steadily to become the Vice President – Beauty services. With his aptitude he mastered all gamuts of Management, Training, Service delivery, Designing & Production. Following this, he moved on to become the CEO for Iosis MediSpa (joint venture between Ms Kiran Bawa & Ms Shilpa Shetty), his brief being to set up the systems across all divisions of services provided. After successfully completing this brief he resigned from his post as CEO of Iosis Medi Spa.
