Suzanne is responsible for the leadership and innovation of Felber Consulting's business transformation and change management capabilities, ensuring that we really do leave our clients motivated and able to do things for themselves. As a key part of this she led and developed Felber's benefits realisation capabilities based on the innovative Realisor product. She also works alongside Felber colleagues to continue to grow our Kantata SX (formerly Kimble) Professional Services Management capability. She manages several of our client accounts and is champion of our TEMPO & SPARK service offerings providing ongoing support, innovation and benefit to existing Kantata SX user organisations. At Felber she has supported and coached professional ICT services teams and organisations in a number of key areas;-> the development of a Logistics Team strategy into a current and future business model, transformation road-map and programme using a highly flexible approach to achieve early and visible engagement, outcomes and impact-> the creation of a transformation programme for an ICT Operations Team in order to build the capability and confidence to take on an increasing portfolio of services based on new technologies. This programme achieved significant impact across the whole organisation with some stunning improvements in feedback from the annual staff survey-> the creation of a strategy for the introduction of advisory (consultancy) services into a portfolio of traditional and cloud-technology based delivery programmes and projects-> the creation and implementation of an organisational assessment for a newly-formed Cloud services team. Joined Fujitsu to head up the Business Transformation team comprising three practices - Lean Solutions & Operational Improvement, Change Management & Value Governance - personally leading the Lean Solutions Practice. Successes included the design and implementation of an innovative outcome-based business transformation 'framework and method', the introduction of a consulting-led sales engagement approach and the taking to market of the first 'door opening' business consulting service successfully utilising technology from Fujitsu's laboratories in Japan, winning prestigious Fujitsu Business Prize. Latterly led team of consultants in Private Sector Division (Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Transport, Manufacturing Services and Utilities) in order to create new client opportunities and drive up revenues from existing accounts.

VP Global Consulting responsible for team of 300 consultants in UK, France, Benelux, Germany and US as both a business unit (UK) and a professional community (Global). Prior to that built Syntegra Business Consulting in the UK from 60 to over 200 consultants and £40 million 'value-added' annual revenue serving a range of business sectors and clients through small consulting 'door-opening' engagements to significant IT-enabled transformation and change programmes. During this period continued to be engaged on client programmes (eg Local Government), leading from the front and collaborating with sales and delivery colleagues, in developing core business transformation approaches and methods.

Most recently headed up (Cap) Gemini's Information Management or IT Consulting Discipline. Also led Gemini's Business Information Strategy (BIS) service offering in the UK and Financial Services Sector and was BIS champion and coach for consultants across the globe. Throughout time with Gemini led and contributed to client engagements across many market sectors (Local Government, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Chemicals & Retail) working from Board level down helping organisations identify what needed to change to achieve their strategic goals, then working alongside people and teams coaching them to drive business benefits and outcomes.

Worked mainly in Central Government but with some work in Financial Services and FMCG focusing on implementing the business benefits of IT investment. Continually re-engaged at one Government Department for a total of 3 years undertaking different assignments. These ranged from coaching a newly established team of IT Account Managers, responsible for all liaison between the Information Services Division and the Management Executive Divisions to developing and piloting an approach to conducting Information Systems reviews for all 40 divisions within this Department.

Developed and implemented the company information systems strategy in field sales and marketing and ran the user support function for all PC-based and office systems. Created one of the first ever automated field sales reporting systems to work across mainframe and PC at both regional and district level and which was implemented very successfully across the central and southern regions.

Designed and implemented a user support function and developed some of the first PC-based business applications in corporate and trust taxation.
