I'm passionate about working with people and figures. While I've been in a leadership position for closer to 10 years now, I never quit developing myself both in management and technology.My journey started after I graduated as a meteorologist in 2007 (MSc). I completed doctoral studies in Applied Mathematics on the qualitative properties of numerical solutions of partial differential equations. During these years, I was also part of the HY-GO engineering team (the first Hungarian fuel cell vehicle).From July 2012 I worked in a software developer position at CAE Engineering Ltd., where among many tasks I was developing a tactical simulation software in C++. From July 2013, I continued to work as a software developer team leader at the same company. The scope of my responsibility changed to coordinate the software development in civil aviation mainly. From October 2014 I started to work as a group leader.Since 2017 I'm also responsible for part of the Operations (Company reports and forecasts, 5 direct reports from administration, facility, QM and change management), while I remained the point of contact for several defence and security related software development projects.I took over the IT team and all of the overhead functions of the company in 2019 and later as a senior manager, I became solely responsible for the Operations of the Budapest headquarters with 15+ direct reports.
