My approach combines natural therapies (Nutrition, Herbal medicine, Homeopathy, Craniosacral therapy & Bowen technique) with natural movement techniques (Pilates & Gyrotonic®). Drawing on these different modalities, I design personalized wellness programs to help clients reclaim their health & well-being. For the last twelve years I’ve provided education and counseling on a variety of women’s health issues, including drug-free approaches to managing hormonal imbalances, weight loss, and sleep disturbances.
