Here are some case study examples of how I have helped some clients. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ ๐ญ- Supported a Charity Director with organisational expansion & growth, helping her to attain several multi-year funding grants and develop growth strategies for the organisation whilst also continuing to develop her personal creative project. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ ๐ฎ- Helped a client working in an uncertain environment to find clarity for their next steps. Through active listening, storytelling and other techniques, we were also able to identify her strengths & build her confidence. At the end of the programme, she had started training that would support her chosen direction and successfully applied for a new role within her organisation that matched her aspirations. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ ๐ฏ - This client joined the programme wanting to advance his career and face new challenges. Through the programme he developed a better understanding of himself & developed strategies to manage his communication challenges as a manager through personality analysis & reflection.
