My mission is to help my patients achieve optimal health and well-being by addressing the root causes of their chronic conditions, and empowering them to make sustainable lifestyle changes.In my previous role at Ascension, I provided full scope family medicine in a clinical setting, with a specialized interest in metabolic health, weight management, and lifestyle coaching. I leveraged my skills in preventive medicine, health and wellness, and coaching to deliver personalized and evidence-based care to my patients, and to support them in their health goals. I also collaborated with other health professionals, such as social workers, dietitians, and physical therapists, to offer a multidisciplinary and integrative approach to health and wellness.
