Monitor all written documentation and ensure treatment plans reflect current procedures and that goals are clinical appropriate in reflected in progress notes.• Provide clinical training; conduct group and general staff meetings with all directors, staff and units to insure coordination &continuity in clinical services; assess & review training needs of staff and coordinate plan & action to provide & deliver required training to individuals and groups.
