HCL Avitas is a Chain of Healthcare Clinics focused on delivering primary & preventive care services at local community level. It is legally operated undeer HCL Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of HCL Corporation pvt. ltd.My role as a doctor and business manager was to work with the core corporate team of 5 members and develop the first healthcare business model for the organization in the domain of preventive and primary healthcare. Business model development included business projections with possible business expansion with in given timeframe, type of clinics with their designs and layouts, clinical service scope and services, etc. Also work as an interface expert between key functional departments mainly medical services, project management, procurement, marketing and human resource. My aim was to keep entire team at Avitas in sync so as to increase footprint across NCR at desired speed and achieve goal of opening minimum 10 clinics in an year. I feel proud that as a part of the vibrant young team from diverse backgrounds we could deliver 7 fully functional clinics within the stipulated time frame.

"Coccoon" was the first of its kind boutique maternal & child care centre based at Jaipur. Its USP was the paradigm shift in services delivery from antenatal till postnatal care spectrum inclusive of various value add services to let would-be-parents have memorable journey full of celebrations. I had key repsonsibility of doing market analysis with key focus on facilities, service methods, costing, experts and consumer behaviour & expectations. Key output of my work resulted in developing optimal space & infrastructure planning, medical technology procurement, identifying key consultants & staff of the town and plan the unique care service delivery model of engaging & serving potential customers going right at their door step. I can proudly state that our team delivered the entire project from scratch to operations in less than 24 months... with all key specialist of town on board with us delivering our services to who's who of Jaipur.

Nova Daycare Surgical Centers was a breakthrough model of its time. Backed by investors and dynamic top management team of professionals it became a great learning place for me. As one of the earliest member to join its team for first center at Bangaluru, i had an opportunity of working on space planning, equipment planning, services planning, doctor empanelment, concept selling, customizing HMIS to suit the model requirements, work on activity based costing in operations side and even handle the change management as needed at staff levels for quicker and efficient services. I was part of the team till its early expansion in Delhi NCR and have completed succesful commissioning and operations of 4 daycare surgical centers.

I worked here in capcity of being a doctor with my training in intensive care. I was posted on shift duties as an intensivist in medical ICU of the hospital for patient care services as per the standard protocols been followed.
