Environmental management for 20+ years across Imperial Oil/Exxon Mobil, Shell Canada, and Engro Chemical Ltd. underpinned by a PhD (in forest wetland ecology, hydrology and climate change) construct a strong profile that fits a challenging environmental management position. While working with industrial, academic or government organizations, I focused on responsible ecological development aligned with organizational goals of cost leadership, improved revenues and footprint intensity reduction. The completed projects were reported as technical reports, presented at conferences and published in high-impact scientific journals.I accomplished time-sensitive short- or long-term goals by coordinating cross-functional teams in office, lab and field settings. Ecological conservation, reclamation, and restoration for federal, provincial and municipal regulatory compliance were performed with due diligence, and in alignment with human and environmental health and safety guidelines.I have demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills as an environmental engineer, project leader, HSE manager, technical services officer and climate change scientist. My work history reflects a firm commitment to HSE while developing a teamwork environment and culture.
