He has a superior work ethic and is a strong, collaborative team player comfortable interacting with all organizational levels and stakeholders (e.g., families, LE, Court personnel). Dr. Porter possesses strong organizational skills with a superior attention to detail. His proven verbal and written communication skills including active listening and adaptive problem-solving skills.
